PASCAGOULA, Miss. – U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke and Mississippi Congressman Gene Taylor visit the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s National Marine Fisheries Service Mississippi Laboratory here, Oct. 5, 2010.
