Beasley Allen files lawsuit against BP over oil spill damages
Montgomery-based law firm Beasley, Allen, Crow, Methvin, Portis and Miles P.C. has filed a lawsuit against BP PLC in an effort to recover damages coastal property owners and rental agencies have suffered because of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Read more on Mobile Press-Register
As the oil slick from the Deepwater Horizon oil rig explosion creeps closer to our shores, fishermen from Louisiana to Florida are being told that they can no longer fish the waters that some of them have been making a living off of since they were teenagers.
