GULF OF MEXICO – Crewmembers aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Harry Claiborne, homeported in Galviston, Texas, prepare their Vessel of Opportunity Skimming System, which helps remove oil from the ocean surface. NEW ORLEANS A Coast Guard MH-65C rescue helicopter and crew from Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans films a fire aboard the mobile offshore drilling unit (MODU) Deepwater Horizon, while searching for survivors April 21, 2010.
