In an effort to draw visitors to his state’s beaches in the wake of the Deepwater Horizon blowout, Florida Gov. Charlie Crist announced Friday he is authorizing two free saltwater fishing weekends for residents and non-residents.

We hope to make an impact on the growing oil spill that is blanketing our gulf.
