GULF OF MEXICO — Rear Adm. James Watson, Federal On-Scene Coordinator for the Unified Area Command, visits the Coast Guard Cutter Cypress, homeported in Mobile, Ala., June 26, 2010. Watson spoke to the crew of the Cypress, who were the first cutter to begin using the Shipboard Oil-Recovery System (SORS) to skim and collect oil from the BP Deepwater Horizon oil leak.
