Louisiana governor calls drilling moratorium a ‘man-made disaster’
President Obama has issued a moratorium on deep sea drilling in the Gulf of Mexico following the BP spill, but many residents of Grand Isle, a town on a barrier island off Lousiana, say this has the potential to become a ‘man-made disaster’ if oil companies leave the Gulf to drill elsewhere.
