The Constitution is only binding on the government and agents of government. The Constitution limits the power of government and its agents from infringing upon the un-a-lien-able rights and freedoms of the people, as well as providing for defence and other things.

I find some call-ins on AJ’s channel undermine often credibility by the lameness of their reasoning and knowledge of physics and the issues surrounding this leak. Call-ins are a populist gesture and entertaining but steals the wind of informed people who do real research. Two words: Methane Hydrate. We allready are in a type of martial law with the small arms treaty Hillary signed the other day. It basicly bypasses the constitution with the State of Emergency Obama continued Sept 10th 2009 in order to inact small arms treaties with UN parties.

I believe the oil rig disaster was done on purpose. BP has no right to keep the media and the public from knowing what is going on. We should all be informed.
BP needs to back down, be indited and sent to prison. Obama needs to keep out of this because he is untrustworthy. And someone with integrity and skill needs to go in there and stop this “leak”.
