The company GCCF that took over after BP is not handling the claims on a 1st come 1st serve bases. There are people who filed thier claims with company and still haven’t gotten paid!
I wish you would contact me for an update as to how horrendous this process has become. We are a charter fishing/ecotour business in Florida who has been abused by Feinberg’s process. Friends of mine in the restaurant business have had neighboring restaurants compensated while they remain denied, even though their staff received funds.
