CEDAR KEY, Fla. – Retired U.S. Coast Guard Adm. Thad Allen, the National Incident Commander for the Deepwater Horizon Response, and NOAA Administrator Jane Lubchenco release a Kemp’s Ridley sea turtle in the Gulf of Mexico off the coast, Aug. 18, 2010.
