No one country is at fault. The disaster is a direct result of bp incompetency. If anyone is to blame here, it’s the engineers and mechanics at bp who okayed the original design. But I guarantee tons of bp executives will be fired anyway, so it makes little difference.
bp is truly and american company and they use our tax bucks to pay for the spill. Will they ever clean it up entirely? Who knows!?

@nicopetromac Not sure what you are getting at, but believe me, i do not watch TV. And as far as the gov. is concerned, i worry more about the corportist than i do our Gov.. And I believe the slow response is due to BP lying their ass off to the government about what was really going on in the first 5 weeks of this disaster. They are beginning to see that they too can not trust one thing BP is telling them.
