The economic impact of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill is quickly becoming apparent as fisherman, resort owners, and other people dependent on the Gulf for their livelihood are joining a massive class action lawsuit against BP for destroying their way of life. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. appears on MSNBC to discuss the basis for the lawsuit, as well as some of the economic impacts we can expect from the spill.

The President has rescinded his original decision in regards to off shore drilling. This particular rig has been there since the Bush administration.

The American people will “keep their boot to the throat” of the Obama admin. for taking the largest donation from BP of all politicians then waiting nine days to respond to the greatest ecological disaster in human history directly after ordering more oil production and drilling. President Obama and his energy policy caused this catastrophe. The democrats are spinning this mess and they can’t blame daddy Bush this time. Own up! It’s the democrat majority in all three houses that is in control.

The rig was in the waters since bush was president.The republican deregulation caused this with cheneys closed door energy meetings.
