The company deals with fires and blowouts on oil rigs and oil wells. It was responsible for putting out roughly one third of the more than 700 oil well fires set in Kuwait by retreating Iraqi soldiers during the Gulf War. The deal itself is still under scrutiny with Boots and Coots facing an ongoing investigation into “possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law” Where this information gets really interesting is with the fact that Halliburton is named in the majority of some two dozen lawsuits filed since the explosion by Gulf Coast people and businesses who claim that the company is to blame for the disaster. @grandmasteryeager Yes, the question has to be asked, why can this not be fixed? Several solutions have been proposed, but nobody is listening. It is like they want it to continue. Then again, what happens if the solutions fail? It is almost like this was meant to happen – in more ways than one.
The only way out of this mess is to meet their information wars with the truth.

I agree with the ‘agenda’ of Globalists and Trilateral, BP falling on sword, but – at 3:30 the pipe fitter states how simple this capping would be – I think he oversimplifies that by citing a ‘survivalist kid’ on TV. However this pipe is 13,000′ long and has annular ring leaks and separated pipes going down. If one plugs the top the back pressure increases as oil pushes through rock fissures. Catch-22. Don’t underestimate this leak. It’s BAD.

@speedrecovery your question on the constitution not being valid in court is very true which i know personally. i got in some trouble back in 99 and 00, i was knowledgible on laws the police and judges must adhere to. however this was not the case when trying to defend yourself in court. dirty cops and vengeful judges have been running rampant for decades now, i would personally take a jury trail for a simple parking ticket. better chances.
im seeing on some sites now that apparently the american people are not party to their constitution under law and can’t use the constitution in court to defend themselves , is this true? Is America still an english plantation paying taxes to Rome through England with a form called the 1040 income tax return form?
