At spill hearing, BP CEO says he’s ‘deeply sorry’
Chastened by heavy criticism from lawmakers, a grim-faced BP chief executive Tony Hayward said Thursday he was “deeply sorry” for his company’s catastrophic oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
