Riley says BP has promised to reimburse state for oil spill cleanup, says BP ‘responsible party’ for business losses
MOBILE, Ala. — Gov. Bob Riley said today that he and his staff would set up a system by early next week for any business owner who expects that the ongoing Gulf of Mexico oil spill will affect their income to file for compensation from BP.
