This is Coast Guard footage of the controlled burns they’ve had to do as part of containing the massive oil spill that continues to grow out of control in the Gulf of Mexico.

Did anyone else notice how brown the water was? No matter how much they burn they wont be able to control the oil leak. The damage that is about to be done is going to almost be irreversable.

I think you’re just as greedy as them, except you can’t make that kind of money and now your blaming it on greed. NO. Not insult, just plain fact.
If you were to shut down a major factory, you’d find that the ozone layer around that area would clear up. Exhibit A, Bejing during the Olympics, they shut down a bunch of major factories to eliminate smog and improve the air for the games. But they weren’t able to stop it much before, so the air wasn’t that great. The ozone layer heals itself. I’m pretty damn sure burning this oil didn’t do permanent damage to the ozone.
Oh, this is horrific! Polluting and raising the temperature of the Air now, as well as the Water! Given enough time, you will blot out the Sun, we will enter another ice age and solar energy will fail. Show us the footage of your miserable attempts, if any, to repair the hole where you raped your Mother Earth!!!

@earthchild888 it is having an affect last summer in ontario london we had no sun maybe once or twice for 2 months it jus rained thunderstorm and shit all, in saskatchewan canada there is still snow now. All the polution is fucking us up ontario is the most polutated place in canada.
