We have put ourselves in a position of dependance so we have no instant solution for substitute energy. The present adminstration will use the oil spill to stop drilling in the gulf. Cuba will smile if we stop drilling. Cuba will continue to let other countries drill in the gulf. Lets learn from the mistake or sabotage. I say drill baby drill.
